Sup Yoga Workshop



Enjoy the peacefulness of floating on water with the meditative nature of yoga. This introductory SUP yoga workshop will challenge participants to stay present while connecting deeper to themselves, creating a balanced focus while giving a fantastic core workout.

Expected Outcome:

You will experience yoga at another level because of the movement of your "floating mat". 

General Schedule for this Workshop:

8:30 – 8:45 am Introductions & Goal Setting
8:45 – 9:30 am On water class set up & warm-up
9:30 – 10:15am SUP Yoga Play time

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to lesson to sign and get rental equipment so we can start on time!

Introduction to Yoga Workshop for Beginner



This introductory workshop is designed for people with little to no experience with yoga. You will learn all the basics needed to feel comfortable beginning a yoga practice either at home or in a studio. No need to be intimidated. We will discuss basic yoga terminology and explore foundational poses, breath work and relaxation techniques.
