General Terms and Conditions policy

All members of Prana Yoga Luxembourg acknowledge having read the present terms & conditions and undertake to respect them.

 

General Sales Terms

– All purchases are final. Prana Yoga Luxembourg does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, change of address, injury, illness, or any other reason
– Prices may increase over time. Any price variation will only apply to new monthly subscriptions, class passes, single class purchases, workshops, events, retreats and programs purchased at that point in time.
– All memberships (monthly subscriptions, class passes, single class purchases, workshops, events, and programs) are nominative and non-transferrable.
– Memberships (monthly subscriptions, class passes, single class purchases, workshops, events, and programs) may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing them will be denied entry and forfeit their membership/class pass/access to any other class, workshop or event permanently.
– It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation in a class, workshop, or another event at the studio (as well as any negative balance on their Prana Yoga Luxembourg account).Prana Yoga Luxembourg reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the unpaid participation (and/or negative balance) is settled.
– Gift cards can be redeemed for monthly subscriptions, class passes, single class purchases, workshops, events, programs, or any other products available. They are not redeemable for cash.
– You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

 

Class passes, and single class purchase

– Class passes consist of a 4-class, and a 10-class pass. The single class purchase consists of a pass for a drop-in class of your choice.
– Class passes and single classes give access to all offered classes but exclude workshops and special events.


– The Trial Pass is an introductory offer for new clients only. It is available only once per person. This pass gives access to our studio for 2 weeks, but excludes workshops and other special courses or events.
– Anyone caught buying a Trial Pass under two different accounts will be denied all future entry and the second Trial Pass will be suspended immediately with no refund.
– The 4-class  or 8 - class pass expires within 6 months of the activation of the pass. The 10-class pass expires within 12 months of the activation of the pass. 

No refunds are offered due to illness, injury, change of address, or any other reason.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and transparency for both guests and organizers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Deposit Requirement

 

To confirm your participation in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation & Refund Conditions

    •    100% full refund of deposit more than 120 + days before the retreat start date

    •    50 % refund of deposit 30 to 119 days before the retreat start date

    •    0%  no refund of deposit 29  to 0 days before the retreat start date

    

 

No-Show Policy

 

In the case of a no-show or cancellation the retreat, no refund will be issued.

 

Transfer of Booking

 

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person up to 15 days before the retreat, with prior written notice and our approval.

 

Retreat Cancellations by Organizer

 

If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.

Booking Policy

 

– Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class to ensure your spot.
– Classes must be booked in advance. Classes are available for online booking prior to class.
– “Book Class” allows you to book a class.
– “Add to Waitlist” allows you to put your name on the waiting list in case the class is fully booked.
– A notification will be sent to you by email as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
– Confirmed members are required to do the check-in at the front desk 5 minutes before the class starts at the latest.
– Your reserved spot is valid until class start at the latest. After that, your reservation will be cancelled, and any spots left will be offered to members waiting at the front desk.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

– If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.
– Cancellations must be made via our mobile app maximum 3 hours prior to a class. 
– Cancellations will not be accepted via email.
– In case of late cancellations or no-shows, classes will be charged in full or deducted from class passes.
– If the penalty fees cannot be charged, all future schedule classes will be cancelled and future bookings will be suspended until the fees remain unsettled.
– Being on a waiting list for a class is like a commitment to joining that class. If a spot becomes available up until 2 hours before class you will automatically be added to the class and informed by email.
– If you were waiting for a spot but have changed your plans in the meantime, please remove yourself from the waiting list, otherwise you run the risk of being automatically added to the class and losing your credit if you can no longer make it to class.

Workshops:
Full refund: Cancellations made more than 1 week (7 DAYS) before the workshop will receive a full refund.
50% refund: Cancellations made within 1 week but more than 48 hours before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
No refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. The full workshop price will be charged.

 

 

– Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule may be subject to change or cancellation without notice. Should this happen, we will go above and beyond to replace any cancelled class.

– If you have a class pass, the class credit won’t be deducted from your pass in case of a class cancellation.
– Should a workshop or a special event be cancelled, refunds will be sent to all participants.
– The studio opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after class.
– Late entry is not permitted. Once a class has started, the entrance door will be locked. In case of late arrival, you may not be allowed into the studio and your class will not be refunded.
– Prana Yoga Luxembourg is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
– Prana Yoga Luxembourg reserves the right to refuse entry.
– Prana Yoga Luxembourg owners, managers, teachers, and all employees cannot be held liable for any injury that may have occurred during a class and in the studio.

 

Suspension Policy

– Class passes and memberships may be suspended for medical reasons upon submission of a doctor’s notice. The suspension is of maximum 4 weeks in a row. and may only be done once per pass or membership. 
– The suspension request must be made via email, mentioning a start and an end date.
– Requests for suspension must be made with a 7-day notice period before the start of the suspension.
– The validity of already expired passes or memberships will not be extended. 

 

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information, Privacy & Security Policy

– Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors. Even though care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.

– Prana Yoga Luxembourg shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on this website.

– Your personal data remain fully confidential.

– Prana Yoga Luxembourg will never sell trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.

 

 

Photography and Video Release: I consent to the use of photographs or video recordings taken during Yoga Activities for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify Prana Yoga Luxembourg in writing before participating.

Payment Terms
 

Retreat Cancellation Policy

Credit Option (At Host’s Discretion):

In the event that the Client must cancel or becomes unable to attend, the Host may, at her sole

discretion, offer a credit toward online yoga classes or continued education program YACEP.

○ Credit requests must be submitted in writing.

○ Credits must be used within 60 days of the retreat start date.

○ No guarantees are made regarding program availability or future retreat openings

All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Retreat Cancellations by Organizer

 If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason, all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.

Client Responsibility and Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that participation in this retreat is voluntary and assumes full responsibility for their choices, behavior, and experience.

The Host does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, personal transformations, or financial

success from attending the retreat.

The retreat experience is intended for education, inspiration, and personal growth.

Disclaimers

● The Host and any guest facilitators are not acting as medical doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial

advisors.

● All coaching, yoga, and wellness practices are not substitutes for medical or psychological

treatment.

● The Host is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from information

shared at the retreat.

● Any third-party providers (photographers, transportation, massage therapists, etc.) are independent

of the Host. The Host is not liable for their performance or outcomes.

● Testimonials or results shared are examples only; individual outcomes may vary.

Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

The Client agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications at the

time of booking.

The Client affirms they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in retreat activities.

The Client acknowledges participation in yoga, movement, excursions, or other physical activities is

voluntary and at their own risk.

The Host assumes no liability for injuries or health issues that arise during or after the retreat.

Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

The Client understands that retreat participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical

injury, emotional discomfort, illness, or death.

● Voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

● Releases the Host, her employees, assistants, and the venue  from all liability for

any loss, injury, illness, damage, or death that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.

● Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and her affiliates against all claims or damages

arising from their participation.

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, the Client authorizes such treatment and agrees to be

fully financially responsible for any resulting costs.

COVID-19 Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges that COVID-19 and its variants remain a risk, even with precautions in place.

The Host is not liable for any illness or complications related to COVID-19.

By signing, the Client accepts and assumes all inherent risks of exposure and agrees not to hold the Host or

venue responsible for any related illness, injury, or loss.

Media Release

The Client understands that photos, videos, and audio recordings may occur during the retreat.

By participating, the Client grants the Host full, perpetual rights to use such media for marketing, educational,

or promotional purposes, without compensation.

If the Client prefers not to be featured in media, they must notify the Host in writing prior to the retreat

start date.

Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the retreat — including guides, workbooks, practices, and digital content —

remain the exclusive property of the Host.

The Client may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them

without written consent from the Host

Non-Disparagement

Both Parties agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from any public or private statements that could

reasonably be construed as derogatory or damaging to the other Party, including online reviews, social

media comments, or other communications.

Travel, Transportation, and Insurance

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.) and

ensuring arrival on time.

The Host is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues with flights, buses, or other forms of

transport.

The Host strongly recommends the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers

trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost property.

Force Majeure

If the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Host’s control — including but

not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic restrictions, or government travel advisories — the Host shall

not be held liable.

The Client will be offered participation in a rescheduled retreat or a credit toward future programs.

Loss or Damage

The Host is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, theft, or any travel-related issues

occurring before, during, or after the retreat or at the venue.
